Data we collect
When you use our booking form, we may collect your name, company, email address, phone number and message, together with information about your event.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this information only to review and answer your request. Processing is based on the consent you give before submitting the form.
Service provider and retention
Form submissions are delivered by email through our hosting provider's email service. We retain request information for no longer than three years, unless a longer period is required by law.
Cookies and map
This website does not use tracking cookies. The Google map is not loaded until you choose “Show map”; Google’s own privacy terms may then apply.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by emailing hello@rideair.be. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
